Sandra has many years experience of learning and development gained in both the private and public sectors. Sandra has worked in financial services, private medical insurance, the NHS, schools and a further and higher education college.

Sandra will use her skills to encourage you to identify the direction of your business and get you on track.
One of Sandra’s greatest skills is her ability to listen and to act as a sounding board. She’ll question you and ask you to reflect on how your thoughts are impacting the progress you and your business are currently making. Through this process you will work together to identify what direction might be most appropriate.

Sandra has a Masters qualification in Executive Coaching giving her the skills to develop your staff through coaching.
She has used her coaching skills to develop graduates new to work, managers taking on new responsibilities and those seeking a new career direction.
In addition to coaching Sandra also facilitates staff development through learning and development programmes on a wide variety of subjects, all of which can be tailored to your specific needs.
